Dodi Lovett
Painter
Inspired and encouraged by her father early on, Dodi Lovett has lived her entire life with a passion for art. Earning her teaching degree, she has taught art most of her adulthood – both in the educational system and in her community. She views art as an opportunity for ministering to others by providing a creative outlet. She has a natural ability to motivate and energize her students through her teaching.

Lovett renders her works in several types of media including pen-and-ink, watercolor and oil. In 2008, she joined the Hickman County Arts and Crafts Guild in Centerville, TN. Aside from participating on numerous committees, she has served as president, secretary and historian.
